How "2x" is calculated

One formula. No moving goalposts.

If the ratio is at least 2.0, the guarantee is met. If it's below 2.0, we refund you the difference — that is, we pay back enough of your subscription that the ratio becomes 2.0 in hindsight.

Who qualifies — and who doesn't

Eligible

You qualify if all four are true

  • You're on a Growth or Scale plan (Starter is excluded — scope doesn't include ad management).
  • Onboarding completed inside the first 7 days of subscription — so the 90-day clock can start.
  • Deliverables approved on the standard cadence (within 5 business days of landing in your portal) so campaigns can ship.
  • Full 90 active days from the day your first campaign went live — paused or cancelled periods don't count.
Not eligible

The guarantee won't apply if

  • You're on Starter ($497/mo) — no ad management, no lead routing, no measurable 2x lever.
  • Onboarding stayed incomplete past day 7 — we can't build to a target we don't have.
  • Deliverables sat unapproved past 5 business days, so campaigns couldn't ship on schedule.
  • Account paused or cancelled before the full 90 active days elapsed.
  • You changed the offer or core business mid-engagement without telling us — we can't track a moving target.

    Inside 7 business days: refund hits your card

Claim window: within 14 days of completing day 90 (or within 14 days of cancellation if you cancelled after 90 active days). After that, the window closes.

Why we can afford to offer this

Most agencies can't offer a real performance guarantee because their model doesn't fit the math. They charge a retainer that's a fixed multiple of headcount, so a refund eats salary they've already paid. They scope by deliverable, so missing the number isn't their problem — it's yours.

Common questions

How is the 2x calculated?+

We take the total revenue attributable to leads, bookings, and sales that flowed through the work we shipped over your first 90 days on Growth or Scale, and compare it to the total subscription you paid us across those 90 days. If the first number isn't at least 2x the second, we refund the difference.

What counts as tracked revenue?+

Anything we can attribute: ad-tracked conversions, UTM-tagged leads, calls captured by call-tracking, form fills tied to a campaign, bookings from a reactivation push, sales tied to an email or SMS we sent. Every one shows in your weekly report with the source. If we can't show the source, we don't claim the dollar.

What does NOT count?+

Walk-ins with no marketing source, repeat customers who already bought before we started, referrals that didn't come from a campaign we ran, and any revenue from a different business line we weren't engaged on. We're conservative on purpose — the guarantee is meaningless if the math is loose.

Who qualifies for the guarantee?+

Growth and Scale customers who have (1) completed onboarding inside the first 7 days, (2) approved deliverables on the standard cadence so campaigns can ship, and (3) given the work a full 90 days from the day campaigns went live. Starter is excluded because the scope doesn't include ad management or lead routing — there's no way to measure 2x without those.

What if I cancelled or paused mid-period?+

Paused or cancelled before day 90 means the 90-day window didn't complete, so the guarantee doesn't trigger. If you completed 90 active days then cancelled, you're still inside the guarantee window — claim within 14 days of cancellation and the math runs on your active period.

How do I actually claim?+

Refund processes within 7 business days to the original card. There's no retention call, no negotiation, no fine print.

Honest disclosure: a guarantee isn't a promise that your revenue will 2x in 90 days — it's a promise that if it doesn't, you get the difference back. Most of our Growth customers see 3–5x by day 90. Some see less. Nobody pays for work that didn't move the number.
