Terms of service
Effective 24 May 2026.
Plain-English version of what you are agreeing to when you reserve a spot at Aqvero Marketing. If anything below contradicts a promise we made elsewhere on the public site, the promise that is more favourable to you wins.
1. The agreement
These terms (the "Terms") govern your subscription to Aqvero Marketing ("Aqvero", "we", "us", "our"). They apply the moment you reserve a spot, complete a checkout, or begin onboarding at aqvero.com.au.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not reserve a spot or complete a payment. By starting onboarding you confirm you have authority to bind the business you are signing up for.
2. What we deliver
A monthly marketing-operations subscription. Depending on your plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale, set out on the pricing page), this includes one or more of: offer rewrite, landing-page angle, 30-day content calendar, email nurture sequence, SMS follow-up flow, inbound lead response, ad creative, weekly KPI reporting, monthly strategy review.
The exact scope of your plan is what is displayed on the pricing page at the time of your reservation. If we materially change a plan, the plan you reserved is grandfathered for as long as you remain an active subscriber.
3. Subscription, billing, and tax
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance, in Australian dollars (AUD), via Stripe. The first charge occurs at checkout. Subsequent charges recur on the same day of each month.
All prices on the public site are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, GST is added at the rate set by the Australian Taxation Office and itemised on the Stripe invoice.
A one-time setup fee may apply for new accounts as shown on the pricing page at checkout.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your client portal. There are no fixed-term contracts and no exit fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to the service and the portal until then.
You keep every deliverable shipped before cancellation: ad accounts stay in your name, content stays on your channels, copy and creative stay yours. Nothing is locked behind ongoing payment.
5. The 2x guarantee
The guarantee is set out in full on /guarantee and is part of these Terms by reference. In summary: if, after 60 days of active subscription with onboarding complete and approvals processed within 5 business days, your trackable revenue attributable to Aqvero campaigns has not at least matched 2x your combined subscription and ad spend over the same window, we refund the difference up to the value of your subscription paid in that window.
Eligibility requires that you (a) completed onboarding, (b) approved drafts within 5 business days of being notified, (c) did not pause the account, and (d) gave us read access to the analytics or attribution source used to measure revenue. Submit claims to help@aqvero.com.au inside 14 days of the 60-day window closing.
6. Your approvals, revisions, ownership
Nothing is sent, posted, or published until you approve it in the portal. Revisions are unlimited on every plan. You may pause an account at any time from the portal.
You own every deliverable: copy, creative, calendars, sequences, reports. Ad accounts and ad spend remain in your name on your card. Aqvero retains no rights to the deliverables after cancellation.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Aqvero to send unsolicited bulk email, run campaigns that breach the Spam Act 2003, promote illegal goods or services, or knowingly mislead consumers in breach of Australian Consumer Law. We may pause an account that does any of the above while we investigate, and may terminate where the breach is material.
8. Third-party tools
Aqvero uses third-party tools to deliver the service, including: Stripe (payments), Mailgun (email delivery), Supabase (database hosting), and the major ad and content platforms in your name (for example Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok). Their terms apply to your use of their services in addition to ours. See the privacy policy for details on data handling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqvero is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is capped at the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last changed. Material changes will be notified by email to your portal contact and posted here at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Contact
